We are looking for a detail-oriented Grant Accountant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of grant accounting, including tracking funding, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
• Utilize accounting software systems such as Abila MIP to maintain accurate financial records and streamline reporting processes.
• Conduct regular audits to verify proper allocation of grant funds and adherence to organizational policies.
• Collaborate with program managers and other departments to develop budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Handle cash activity and capital management tasks, ensuring the accurate recording of all transactions.
• Prepare detailed reports on grant performance and financial status for internal and external stakeholders.
