Graduate Student Behavior Technician

Hope Network is seeking an Autism Clinical Specialist Role for graduate level students to join our mission-driven team, where you’ll support behavior technicians, provide hands-on client care, you will have the opportunity to collect BACB supervision hours and collaborate with leadership to ensure top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire clinical supervision hours toward the future BCBA exam: You will have the opportunity each week to collect restricted and unrestricted supervision hours, towards your BCBA certification under supervision of a Board approved supervisor.
  • Train & Supervise: Orient and develop new Behavior Technicians, providing ongoing support and supervision.
  • Support Scheduling: Assist with technician scheduling, ensuring staff coverage and resolving gaps.
  • Direct Client Care: Provide one-on-one therapy during staff shortages.
  • Conduct Assessments: Assist with behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, Vineland) and design programs under BCBA supervision.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate service logs and ensure adherence to BACB and agency standards.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work with Clinical Directors and Operations to manage daily personnel and procedural tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and enrollment in a BACB-recognized master’s program.
  • Experience: 1+ years in behavioral analytics and autism treatment.
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clear background check, and Central Registry Clearance.
