Job Description
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students in the High Desert, CA area. This school-based position involves evaluating, treating, and supporting students with a variety of speech and language needs to help them succeed in the classroom.
Position Overview:

Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

Provide direct therapy services and conduct assessments as needed

Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines

Support an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse communication needs
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active CA SLP license (or ability to obtain)

CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong supervision available
