Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students in the High Desert, CA area. This school-based position involves evaluating, treating, and supporting students with a variety of speech and language needs to help them succeed in the classroom.

Position Overview:

  • Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

  • Provide direct therapy services and conduct assessments as needed

  • Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines

  • Support an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse communication needs

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Active CA SLP license (or ability to obtain)

  • CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong supervision available

  • School-based experience is a plus but not required
