Location: Amityville, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hourly Rate: $22–$23 (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and personable Temporary Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming calls

Manage front desk operations including mail, deliveries, and scheduling

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements:

Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone

Must be able to work full-time onsite

Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred, but not required
