Job Description

Compensation& Benefits: $92,479 – $132,132 plus shift bonuses and incentives. Annual safety and employee bonuses. Weoffer one of the most comprehensive benefits programs in the industry.
Various Locations: Baltimore, MD; Leesburg, Lynchburg, Fredericksburg and Manassas, VA.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Provideexpert critical care to patients during air transport, ensuring safety andclinical excellence.
- Collaborateeffectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.
- Maintaincompliance with company protocols, safety regulations, and medical standards.
- Participatein ongoing education and training to uphold the highest care standards.
- Schedule:Rotational shifts based on operational needs.
Requirements:
- ActiveRN license to practice in Virginia.
- Minimumof 3 years of critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred).
- Currentcertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of the following: TNATC, TNCC, ITLS,or PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
- CFRNcertification within 24 months of hire.
- Flightor transport experience preferred.
- Successfulcompletion of the Medical Group education/orientation program.
- Effectiveinterpersonal skills to work with team members, patients, and externalcustomers.
- Weightlimit: Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.
- Basiccomputer skills for electronic charting and communication.
- Abilityto pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength andflexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), and drugscreening.
