RAC’s Swindon-based Superflex Roadside Mechanic role offers flexible shifts and a 40-hour average week. You’ll start and finish from home while helping members back on the road across the Swindon cluster.
Shifts run 06:00–02:00 with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays possible. You’ll diagnose, repair, and service roadside issues using your RAC van, tools, and diagnostic kit provided from day one.
