RAC is seeking a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic to join the Esher cluster. You’ll earn £55,869 per year, with the opportunity to reach up to £61,000 through bonuses and overtime, plus your RAC van, fuel card and full uniform from day one.
Shifts run 06:00–02:00, averaging around 40 hours weekly, with rosters provided in advance. You’ll work locally to get members back on the road in Esher, Kingston and nearby areas.
