RAC is recruiting a Superflex Roadside Mechanic to deliver flexible, hands-on roadside support across the Cheltenham cluster and surrounding towns. You’ll diagnose faults, fix vehicles, and ensure members are back on the road quickly, working roughly 40 hours per week with varied shifts.
You’ll receive a base salary of £50,669 with opportunities to earn up to £57,000 via bonuses and overtime. The role includes an RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, and tools to start from day one.
