RAC is hiring a Superflex Roadside Mechanic for the Southampton cluster to diagnose faults, repair on-site, and get members back on the road quickly.
You’ll work a 40-hour year-round schedule with a seven-day advance roster and shifts between 06:00 and 02:00.
You’ll need NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or 5+ years as a technician) and a full UK driving licence.
You’ll receive an RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and a diagnostic kit from day one.
