About The Role
Fleet Operations Team Working Pattern
Our team operates:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 19:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 15:00

Role Description
Do you enjoy solving problems, helping people, and making sure nothing gets stuck for long? We’re looking for a Fleet VOR (Vehicle Off Road) Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll take ownership of vehicles that are off the road and help get them repaired and back in service quickly, supporting customers every step of the way. You’ll act as the central point of control for VOR cases, working closely with internal teams, repair networks, and fleet partners to minimise vehicle downtime, protect the customer journey, and strengthen our commercial relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of out-of-service vehicles, managing each case from start to finish
- Assess situations and coordinate the best repair or alternative travel solution
- Keep repairs moving by proactively chasing updates, resolving delays, and escalating issues
- Communicate clearly and regularly with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Manage calls, emails, and case records accurately to keep everything running smoothly
- Cost-effective decisions are made without impacting service quality
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
- Confident communication and the ability to build relationships quickly
- Calm decision-making under pressure with a proactive mindset
- A tenacious approach – someone who follows things through to completion
- Experience in customer service or operations, with good IT skills and willingness to learn
