RAC has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our Consumer Roadside FP&A team. This role offers the chance to take ownership across financial reporting and business partnering, supporting performance across one of RAC’s largest and most commercially important areas. This is a broad, hands‑on role operating in a fast‑paced and demanding environment where you’ll be expected to get up to speed quickly and deliver high‑quality, insightful financial output. Sitting at the heart of the business, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across finance, pricing, and account management to drive performance and support decision‑making. What You’ll Do
- Financial Reporting & Control
- Deliver accurate and timely month‑end reporting, including full P&L and balance sheet ownership
- Manage accruals, prepayments, and key balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure strong financial controls and governance are in place and consistently followed
- Support audit readiness and maintain high standards of financial integrity
- Planning, Analysis & Insight
- Provide clear, actionable analysis across revenue, costs, and key performance drivers
- Support budgeting and reforecasting processes
- Translate financial data into insights that are easy to understand and act upon
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support performance improvement
- Business Partnering & Collaboration
- Partner with teams across finance, pricing, and account management
- Build strong working relationships across the Consumer Roadside business
- Support stakeholders in understanding performance and making informed decisions
- Contribute to wider commercial discussions and initiatives
- Process Improvement & Delivery
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and reporting outputs
- Ensure actions are followed through and delivered to a high standard
- Bring a proactive approach to improving efficiency and clarity in financial reporting
