RAC has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our Consumer Roadside FP&A team. This role offers the chance to take ownership across financial reporting and business partnering, supporting performance across one of RAC’s largest and most commercially important areas. This is a broad, hands‑on role operating in a fast‑paced and demanding environment where you’ll be expected to get up to speed quickly and deliver high‑quality, insightful financial output. What You’ll Do
- Financial Reporting & Control
- Deliver accurate and timely month‑end reporting, including full P&L and balance sheet ownership
- Manage accruals, prepayments, and key balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure strong financial controls and governance are in place and consistently followed
- Support audit readiness and maintain high standards of financial integrity
- Planning, Analysis & Insight
- Provide clear, actionable analysis across revenue, costs, and key performance drivers
- Support budgeting and reforecasting processes
- Translate financial data into insights that are easy to understand and act upon
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support performance improvement
- Business Partnering & Collaboration
- Partner with teams across finance, pricing, and account management
- Build strong working relationships across the Consumer Roadside business
- Support stakeholders in understanding performance and making informed decisions
- Contribute to wider commercial discussions and initiatives
- Process Improvement & Delivery
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and reporting outputs
