Job Description
Location: Jobsites in Cape Coral, FL area.
Work Hours: Monday β Friday, Set Schedule, Roughly 7 AM start until completion.
Compensation: $25 β $30/hour
Pay frequency: Weekly
FINAL GRADE SKID STEER OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have residential grading experience
- Experience in residential sitework grading, including as an operator.
- Proficiency in completion of final grades and drive cuts for residential spot lots. Can perform grading work from start to finish.
- Ability to use a laser to shoot elevations.
- Must have an active Apple or Android mobile phone.
- Excellent communication skills and time management skills.
- A valid driver's license with 3+ years of clean driving history (no DUIs, no at-fault accidents, no suspensions).
FINAL GRADE SKID STEER OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete final grades and drive cuts for residential home spot lots
- Complete daily list, emphasizing the importance of a quality job.
- Maintain equipment with assistance, including fluids, washing, and daily truck inspections.
- Complete daily job tasks accurately and efficiently.
