As a qualified motor industry technician, you will utilise your knowledge to examine vehicles, components and trade premises, producing condition reports and providing technical feedback on your findings. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled, field-based vehicle technicians to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll have the full support of a wider network of mobile mechanics, roadside technicians, in‑house experts and RAC professionals. What You'll Get With The RAC
- Salary: £33,112 with an OTE of up to £38,000 and an exceptional career progression plan
- Full time hours with opportunities for overtime, paid at 1.5x hourly rate
- Work pattern of 35‑hours weekly, Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm
- Holiday allowance of 23 days (rising to 25 with service) + bank holidays
- Family leave support including paid time off, flexibility and resources to help balance work and family commitments
