Executive Assistant (Temp to Perm) – $40–42/hr
Palisades Park, NJ | Onsite | Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting senior leadership? We’re seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to join a dynamic team in Palisades Park, NJ. What You’ll Do

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision and confidentiality

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Track expenses, process reimbursements, and support budget-related tasks

Anticipate needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges
