Full-Time Otolaryngology Opportunity in Scenic Montana

Practice Setting
- Employed full-time ENT position with a well-established patient base
- General ENT focus with up to 30% facial trauma/head and neck cases
- Supportive, team-based care model in a dynamic regional health system
- Modern 36-bed acute care facility with 10-bed ICU
- Equipped with 5 ORs, da Vinci Xi surgical robot, and full anesthesia and hospitalist support
Schedule
- Flexible Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend clinics
- Surgery block time every Tuesday and every other Thursday
- Light call schedule: 1:3 rotation (~10 days/month)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $510,000 to $575,000
- Additional earning potential through wRVU-based production incentives
- Generous sign-on bonus up to $40,000
- Annual quality bonus up to $20,000
- 37 days of PTO (including vacation, holidays, and CME)
- $4,000 CME allowance annually
