About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leading industrial manufacturer with a strong presence in the Pittsburgh region, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of engineers and technical professionals. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving innovation, optimizing production processes, and ensuring engineering excellence across operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, maintenance, and R&D to support product development and process optimization.

Implement and maintain best practices in engineering standards, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably with exposure to lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
