Join a dynamic team as a Construction Apprentice, assisting with the build-out of new facilities at the NDSU Campus. Engage in entry-level tasks under the guidance of experienced journeymen, contributing to commercial and industrial electrical projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeymen with running conduit and pulling wire.
- Participate in framing walls and small office build-outs.
- Engage in general labor tasks such as hanging fixtures.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues as part of the team.
- Perform electrical wiring installations adhering to electrical codes.
Essential Skills
- Experience in electrical wiring and circuit analysis.
- Knowledge of electrical code and wiring installation.
- Basic construction and carpentry skills.
- Ability to pull wire and perform general labor tasks.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Possession of hand tools.
- Apprentice License preferred; however, strong general labor skills may be considered.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00/hr.
