Disclosure Specialist
PAY: $55k-60k
HOURS: M-F 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Disclosure Desk Specialist at Independence Home Loans in Scottsdale, AZ. The Disclosure Desk Specialist will be responsible for:
• Communicate with loan officers and their teams to accurately prepare disclosures.
• Monitor loans for potential TRID compliance violations.
• Operate in Lending Pad and various investor loan portals.
• On occasion, issue revised Loan Estimates and initial Closing Disclosures to customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
• TILA / Respa
• Experience reviewing and issuing disclosures to loan applicants (Initial application, CoCs, and initial Closing Disclosures).
• Knowledge of 0%, 10%, and unlimited variance categories and how they impact tolerance cures for good faith fee variance violations.
• Time management / ability to meet deadlines.
• Communication with team members (Outlook, Teams)

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 – $55000.00/yr.

Additionally, you will be entitled to 2 Weeks of paid vacation for each year of employment in
accordance with our usual policies.
You will be entitled to 1 Week, paid, to be allocated for illness or personal business each year of
