Paid Media Management
oOwn and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
oA/B test messaging, creative, and landing pages
oManage retargeting and lookalike audiences
oMaintain or reduce CPL and increase ROAS
oAlign campaigns with litigation priorities and intake bandwidth
Email & CRM Marketing
oBuild out automated email journeys via HubSpot: nurture, re-engagement, and client education
oSegment lists based on campaign, case type, and stage
oWork with Marketing Ops to tie email performance to case conversion
Landing Pages & Website Optimization & Lead Redesign
oDevelop and optimize campaign-specific landing pages
oWork with web developing team on SEO and UX improvements
oEnsure form tracking, call tracking, and heatmaps are functioning
Campaign Calendar & Coordination
oMaintain the firm's digital campaign calendar (seasonal pushes, firm initiatives, trial dates)
oCoordinate launches with the Marketing Operations Manager to align with intake team readiness and legal timelines
oCollaborate on webinar promotions, client updates, and firm announcements
Social Media Manager
o Social Media & Content Distribution
oOversee scheduling and paid amplification of organic content
oImplement a growth strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
oCreate branded templates for reels, carousels, quote posts, infographics, etc.
oDesign short-form video thumbnails and overlays
oCollaborate with marketing ops manager on brand voice and content calendar
Graphic Designer
oTemplates for wildfire and Pl campaign ads
oVisual branding for webinars or case updates
oGraphics for social media series (e.g. "Client Journey," "Attorney Q&As")
oModernization of intake documents (visual headers, clear icons, QR codes)
