Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Deliver timely technical support for hardware, software, network, and device-related issues.
• Maintain and optimize systems such as Windows, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
• Research and recommend new software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Update and manage website content on platforms like WordPress, SquareSpace, and YourMembership.
• Troubleshoot website-related issues and coordinate with third-party providers to resolve them.
• Assist with member-facing communications, including newsletters, alerts, and event notices.
• Make minor edits to templates and marketing materials using tools like Adobe Express or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support digital content scheduling and maintain communication timelines across platforms.
• Collaborate with teams on technical and communications projects, ensuring timely execution and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and provide occasional on-site tech support for internal events.• 2–3 years of combined experience in IT support and communications coordination.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems.
• Familiarity with web hosting platforms, domain configuration tools, and website plugins.
• Basic experience with Adobe Express or Creative Suite, or willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Cisco, Dell, Apple Devices, Active Directory, and backup solutions.
• Experience with tools like Mailchimp and Adobe Illustrator is desirable.
