CVOR RN 13-Week Travel Contract in Utica, NY
We are seeking an experienced CVOR RN for a 13-week travel contract in Utica, New York, starting on 01/06/2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled CVOR nurse with at least two years of experience to join a dynamic surgical team and assist with high-acuity cardiac surgeries.
Job Details:
- Position: CVOR RN
- Location: Utica, NY (13501)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 01/06/2024
- Shift:
- 4×10 Day shifts
- On-call for CVOR only
- Floating Requirements: Will need to float to the general operating room, with approximately 70% of time spent in CVOR and 30% in the general OR.
Experience & Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience required.
- Will accept first-time travelers.
- Licensure:
- Valid New York Nursing License required.
- Certifications:
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required.
- Skills:
- Ability to circulate and scrub CVOR cases preferred, with experience in AVR, MVR, aortic aneurysm, ECMO, endovascular aneurysm repair, carotid endarterectomy, aorto-femoral bypass, and other revascularization procedures.
- On-call:
- On-call coverage will be required for CVOR cases.
