Contract: Permanent | 35 hours per week
Working hours: Monday-Sunday between 6am and Midnight (including weekends and Bank Holidays)
What you'll be doing
You’ll be at the heart of our Contractor Desk, speaking with customers, RAC patrols, contractors and flatbed drivers. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, sharing key updates such as ETAs, gathering essential information and ensuring everyone has what they need before arriving at a breakdown. You’ll also be responsible for meeting SLA and KPI targets, including productivity, downtime and complaint compensation. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that works together to achieve the best outcomes.
