📍 Location: Bristol (Bradley Stoke)

🕒 Flexible hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00, Sat 09:00–17:00 — no Sundays!
đź’° Salary: Competitive base of ÂŁ26,736.53 with the potential to boost your earnings up to ÂŁ34,000
🎓 Training: 3 weeks full-time (Mon–Fri)

What you’ll be doing

  • Taking inbound calls from RAC members looking to renew or discuss their breakdown cover
  • Delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs and retain their membership
  • Promoting the benefits of RAC breakdown Cover and highlighting our value versus competitors
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets in a fast‑paced, supportive environment
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring every interaction is customer‑focused
