You\’ll be part of a high-performing team in our Bristol office, where energy, enthusiasm and resilience are key. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to connect with our members and deliver outstanding service.
Location: Bristol (Bradley Stoke)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Flexible hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00, Sat 09:00–17:00 — no Sundays!
Salary: Competitive base of £26,736.53 with the potential to boost your earnings up to £34,000
Training: 3 weeks full-time (Mon–Fri)
What you\\\’ll be doing
- Taking inbound calls from RAC members looking to renew or discuss their breakdown cover
- Delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs and retain their membership
- Promoting the benefits of RAC breakdown Cover and highlighting our value versus competitors
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring every interaction is customer-focused
