Position: Customer Experience Advocate
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Position Summary:
Basements Plus is seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to support our sales success and ensure every homeowner has a remarkable experience. In this hybrid customer support and inside sales role, you will follow up with homeowners after sales appointments to confirm satisfaction, encourage movement on unsold proposals, and strengthen communication between customers and our specialists.
Your outreach will help guide homeowners through their decision-making process while helping us meet sales goals and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience Surveys: Call customers to gather feedback about their experience.
- Follow-Up on Quotes: Reach out to homeowners to discuss open proposals and help move them forward.
- Appointment Scheduling: Set and confirm additional meetings with sales representatives when needed.
- Client-Specialist Communication: Ensure homeowners and sales reps stay aligned by facilitating clear communication.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Share feedback and insights with the Sales Manager to support sales strategies.
- Appointment Center Support: Cross-train to assist with general scheduling and appointment setting.
- Team Development: Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and ride-alongs to build product and process knowledge.
- Marketing Alignment: Stay current on promotions and messaging to better assist customer needs.
Position Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in an office setting handling outbound phone calls and emails
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with scheduling and CRM systems (preferred)
- Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills
- Quick to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and confident in customer interaction
- Goal-driven with a team-first mentality
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines
