Job Description
Controller Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial management, including monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements
- Reviewing budgets, financial statements with leadership
- Ensure timely financial and accurate financial reporting, including month-end and year-end
- Provide recommendations through analytics and market trends
- Implement internal controls, manage external audits, and ensure compliance
Controller Requirements:
- BA in Accounting, Finance required
- CPA required
- 5+ yrs in a Controller position, with at least 3+ yrs in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills, mentor and develop team members
- Experience in hospitality accounting is required
