About The Role
As a Contactor Support Administrator, you will be overseeing all the roadside contractor’s insurance alongside H&S audits. If you’re highly organised, passionate about delivering exceptional service, this could be the role for you. This role is a full-time, permanent role in our offices based in Bescot.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide high-quality support across our UK and ROI contractor network, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint.
- Process and analyse contractor payments with accuracy, maintaining financial integrity and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date records for insurance, certifications (PAS43, ISO9001), health & safety, and contractual documents.
- Manage contractor data within our systems – creating, updating, and archiving as necessary.
- Support audits and compliance checks with professional communication and strong documentation.
- Be flexible to support business needs, occasionally outside of standard working hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- A background in administration, with a sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Confident communication – written and verbal – with the ability to tailor your tone to suit different audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A commitment to maintaining compliance and safeguarding RAC interests through accurate record keeping
