Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Contract Inspector to join our rotating 3-person shift team at a production facility. The inspector will be responsible for performing routine quality inspections and sample analysis to ensure production standards are met. This role operates on a rotational schedule based on production demand and requires flexibility to work variable hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect samples at various points during processing
  2. Perform visual evaluations of product samples
  3. Accurately record data from sample collection and analysis
  4. Conduct routine balance and instrument verifications with proper documentation
  5. Visually inspect process lines for quality assurance
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  7. Follow all safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and regulatory requirements
  8. Support additional duties and tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
  1. Must be able to work in a hot, dusty environment
  2. Flexible availability to work rotating schedules and overtime/weekends
  3. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  4. Strong team player with the ability to multitask
  5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  6. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
  7. Strong attention to detail and professional work approach
  8. Willingness to comply with all safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
