Are you an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in commercial property upkeep? A growing property management team in South Seattle is seeking a hands-on Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across a portfolio of buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, lighting, and general building infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and safety issues
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Maintain work logs, complete service requests, and ensure properties are kept to high standards
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial property maintenance
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and general building systems
