Job Title: Closing Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Closing Coordinator with a strong background in residential real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing purchase files from commitment review through post-closing, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely settlements. Experience in New Jersey and Pennsylvania is highly valued, and familiarity with Qualia title software is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Review title commitments to ensure files are clear following processing.

Coordinate with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and other parties to schedule closings and gather all necessary information.

Obtain, review, and prepare lender documents for accuracy; bundle with title documents for execution.

Support the settlement clerk with closing-related questions and last-minute updates (e.g., walk-through issues, escrows, utility final readings).

Balance closing figures with lenders.

Send agent documents post-closing and obtain funding approvals from lenders.

Transfer completed files to the disbursement department.

Respond to post-closing inquiries as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience handling residential purchase transactions.
