We are seeking a Clinic Care Dental Coordinator in Hawley, MN; toensure a smooth patient experience by managing scheduling, coordinatingprovider availability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation: $26-$30 Per Hour
KeyResponsibilities:
- Provideoutstanding customer service to patients, families, and staff.
- Schedulepatient appointments, ensuring clinic and provider schedules remain productiveper scheduling guidelines.
- Answerand manage phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assistpatients with special needs, ensuring a welcoming and accommodating experience.
- Maintainaccurate electronic patient records and documentation.
- Prioritize,multi-task, and complete daily administrative tasks in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or GED required.
