Clinic Director – Outpatient Clinic (Full-Time)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift Only (Flexible Hours)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Director to lead our clinic in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position offering a great opportunity for a passionate professional who is committed to long-term growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality care and efficient workflows
- Manage and support clinical and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic goals and initiatives
- Foster a positive and professional work culture
- Monitor clinic performance and patient satisfaction metrics
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff
- Serve as the point of contact for patients, staff, and external partners

Requirements:

- Strong team leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
