About The Role

At RAC, we’re passionate about delivering innovative and customer-focused propositions through powerful partnerships. We’re looking for a Channel Partnership Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key partners, driving growth through collaboration, creative campaigns, and compelling customer offers. Working closely with teams across the business, you will bring ideas to life, optimise performance, and deliver great outcomes for both partners and customers.

You’ll negotiate and manage partner contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify new partnership opportunities to support ongoing growth. The successful candidate will bring experience from an account management and/or sales-based role, along with strong contract management and negotiation expertise.

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days a week from home offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
