Job Description
Express Employment Professionals in Yuba City is searching for a Certified Welder to support a reputable precast concrete production company in the Yuba-Sutter area. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire position working with a team that values craftsmanship, precision, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a structural or industrial welding background and enjoy working in a production-driven, team-oriented setting.
This facility fabricates concrete infrastructure products such as utility vaults, trench systems, and custom precast solutions for commercial and municipal use.
Compensation:
$20.00–$30.00/hour DOE | Weekly pay | Benefits available through Express during evaluation period
Primary Job Duties
• Perform MIG and/or Stick welding on mild steel forms and reinforcing cages
• Fabricate and repair formwork and steel components
• Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production drawings
• Assist with reinforcement cage layout and assembly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Requirements:
• Valid welding certification (AWS D1.1 or similar structural spec)
