Truck Driver Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

Need CDL class A or B and 2.5 years of experience driving

Must be able to drive a standard transmission confidently
-
No smoking allowed (vaping is okay)

Complete a daily truck log and submit reports of mileage covered at EOD
-
Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately
-
Manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible
-
Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel, to benefit the business
-
Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public
-
Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management

Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules

Truck Driver Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

Truck Driver experience preferred

Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Able to pass a background check

Able to work in the US

Valid driver’s license

A clean driving record

Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles

Physically fit and strong, able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably

Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts is a plus

Dependable and hardworking
-
Able to pass a background check

Able to work in the US.
