Position Overview:
We are hiring experienced Carpenters for ground-upcommercial construction projects. Ideal candidates will have strong experiencein concrete foundations, structural framing, and core & shell construction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Skilled in foundation, structural, and core/shell work
- Must have own tools
- Familiarity with all phases of commercial construction is a plus
- Reliable transportation required
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform formwork and concrete placement
- Assist with structural steel framing
- Install exterior envelope systems (e.g., siding, waterproofing)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $30.00/hr.
