This is an exciting opportunity for an SEO professional with hands‑on experience to take the next step in their career. Whether you’re already operating at mid‑level or ready to grow into a more senior position, you’ll have the opportunity to own activity, influence performance, and develop your expertise across technical, content and on‑site SEO. The role follows a flexible hybrid model: three days from home and two days at our Bradley Stoke office in Bristol.
As an SEO Executive, you’ll:
- Support and deliver the RAC’s SEO strategy, driving improvements in organic visibility, rankings and traffic.
- Plan and execute on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO initiatives, including content optimisation, internal linking and site improvements.
- Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis and opportunity identification to inform SEO activity.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and industry platforms (e.g. SEMrush).
- Identify and implement data‑led recommendations to improve site performance, conversion and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, product, development) and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Support technical SEO improvements including site health, indexing, crawlability and Core Web Vitals.
- Communicate insights and performance updates clearly to stakeholders, helping influence decision‑making.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates and best practices.
