As a qualified motor industry technician, you will utilise your knowledge to examine vehicles, components and trade premises, producing condition reports and providing technical feedback on your findings. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled, field-based vehicle technicians to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll have the full support of a wider network of mobile mechanics, roadside technicians, in-house experts and RAC professionals. What You’ll Get With The RAC

  • Salary: £34,000 with an OTE of up to £40,000 and an exceptional career progression plan
  • Full time hours with opportunities for overtime, paid at 1.5x hourly rate
  • Work pattern of 35-hours weekly, Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm
  • Holiday allowance of 23 days (rising to 25 with service) + bank holidays

Requirements

  • A level 3 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 3 years practical experience as a vehicle technician in the motor trade working with different types of light vehicles
  • A full UK driving Licence with less than 6 points
