About The Role

We’re looking for a Channel Partnership Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key partners, driving growth through collaboration, creative campaigns, and compelling customer offers. Working closely with teams across the business, you will bring ideas to life, optimise performance, and deliver great outcomes for both partners and customers. You’ll negotiate and manage partner contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify new partnership opportunities to support ongoing growth.
The successful candidate will bring experience from an account management and/or sales-based role, along with strong contract management and negotiation expertise. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days a week from home offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage assigned digital partner accounts to deliver annual revenue and acquisition targets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with internal and partner stakeholders.
- Manage proposition development cycles, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of consumer-facing offers.
- Drive contract negotiations and manage ongoing partner agreements and obligations.
- Analyse performance data to shape partner strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate partner promotional activity across digital channels, ensuring budget efficiency.
- Champion high-impact consumer propositions using insights, marketing, and innovation.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams across Pricing, Legal, Compliance, Sales Ops, and Marketing.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals for both internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll need:
- Strong background in B2B2C digital sales or partnership management, ideally within a regulated or consumer services industry.
- Commercially savvy with strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
- Demonstrated experience delivering acquisition growth through digital channels.
- Skilled in building and influencing relationships at all levels, up to board and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical ability - able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create impactful reports and presentations.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading proposition development and go-to-market execution.
