RAC are looking for a detail-orientated Campaign Consultant to join our Campaigns team on a permanent basis. As a Campaign Consultant you will work across acquisition, Service Maintenance and Repair (SMR), and insurance, helping grow the value of our RAC customer base. You’ll support the development and execution of targeted customer journeys across multiple channels including email, SMS, push notifications, outbound calling, and direct mail, ensuring campaigns are error-free, compliant, and optimised for performance.

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days a week at home. We offer more than a job. We offer a career with purpose.

What you’ll do
  • Enhance Customer Engagement: Develop, implement, and optimise targeted and sequenced customer workflows to maximise customer value.
  • Campaign Execution: Ensure campaigns are developed to enable campaign effectiveness measurement and free of error.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Apply measurable test plans and deploy propensity models within campaign activity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider Marketing teams to gather campaign requirements, implement contact strategies, and refine targeting.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct post-campaign analysis, sharing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Efficiency & Automation: Streamline workflows, automate processes where possible, and maintain high standards in campaign delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work alongside colleagues in our SMR division and effectively manage internal relationships.
What you’ll need
  • Experience of using marketing automation systems (e.g Adobe Campaign/Braze/Bloomreach)
  • Knowledge of consumer databases, data selection, and data manipulation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions clearly to non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and experience using SQL
