Join the RAC as an Analytics Engineer and shape how marketing data is used to power smarter campaigns and better decisions for our members. You’ll be part of the Insight team, working right at the centre of how the RAC uses data. This is a hands‑on role with real business impact. You won’t just build data solutions, you’ll work closely with marketing and commercial teams, helping them understand what’s possible and guiding them towards better outcomes. You’ll act as a bridge between technical and non‑technical teams, making sure data works for the business, not the other way around.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain scalable data solutions using Snowflake, SQL and Python
- Support marketing and campaign teams by making data accessible, reliable and easy to use
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into practical solutions
- Take a proactive approach to improving how data is used across promotions and campaigns
- Develop and support Power BI dashboards and reporting
- Help non‑technical teams understand data and guide them towards the right solutions
- Assess the impact of changes to existing data models and systems
- Contribute to scalable, efficient solution design with a focus on long‑term value
- Support testing across solutions, including UAT
- Work with internal teams and external partners to support data integrations
What you’ll need:
- Strong experience working with Snowflake or SQL in a data or analytics engineering role
- Experience building reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI)
- Experience in a marketing, campaign or customer data environment
- Confidence communicating technical ideas to non‑technical stakeholders
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to influence and drive improvements
