We have an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our Performance Marketing team on a permanent basis. Affiliate marketing is a key part of the RAC's performance marketing strategy, helping us connect with new members through a diverse network of trusted partners. As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in growing the RAC's affiliate programme, helping to acquire new members efficiently, optimise performance, and identify new opportunities for growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years+ marketing experience who wants to develop their expertise in performance marketing while working with a network of partners, agencies and stakeholders across the business. We're looking for someone who is confident, organised and can build strong relationships, challenge constructively and work comfortably with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Equally important is the right attitude – someone who is proactive, eager to learn, takes initiative and is excited by the opportunity to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and develop the RAC's affiliate marketing programme to drive traffic, sales and return on investment.
  • Build strong relationships with affiliate partners, publishers and agency contacts to maximise performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with creative, content and marketing teams to deliver effective campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitor research and performance insight.
  • Help manage affiliate budgets, ensuring activity delivers against commercial and ROI targets.
  • Ensure affiliate activity remains compliant, accurate and aligned to business processes and regulations.
  • Lead the day-to-day operational management of the affiliate channel, including programme maintenance and partner engagement.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing, digital marketing, sales or commercially focused role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence presenting updates and recommendations to stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with a genuine desire to learn, develop and take ownership.
  • A confident personality who can build credibility quickly, challenge thinking constructively and hold their own with senior stakeholders and partners.
  • An ambitious attitude and genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing trends and innovation.
