Job Description
Our well-established manufacturing client in Kenosha, WI is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Benefits Administrator for a temporary assignment. This position will support the HR department in managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent service to employees during a key period of organizational activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plans

Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, terminations, and open enrollment coordination

Serve as the point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Work closely with benefits providers, brokers, and third-party administrators

Maintain accurate employee benefit records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., COBRA, HIPAA, ACA)

Support the HR team with audits, reporting, and documentation as needed

Collaborate on process improvements and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in benefits administration or human resources

Working knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with HRIS systems a plus

Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

Available for full-time hours for the duration of the temporary assignment
