- A market-competitive base salary of £36,400 and a realistic OTE of £61,000, with top-performers earning significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.
- Demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime available.
- Coverage in areas like Bristol (City Centre & Suburbs), Portishead, Clevedon, Filton, Patchway, Yate, Keynsham.
We organise work locally so you can start and finish at home, focusing your day on getting members back on the road in your local area.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), with at least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
- A customer-focused approach.

As a Roadside Technician within our Patrol division, you'll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. We'll set you up for success from day one, with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit all provided.
