About The Role
Join the RAC. Together, we’re going places. A competitive base salary of £45,370 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000. A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities. 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30am to 5pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

As part of our Service, Maintenance and Repair division, you’ll take your technical skills directly to customers’ homes and workplaces as an RAC Mobile Mechanic – Carrying out scheduled servicing, diagnostics and repairs at set customer appointments. No workshop walls, no repetitive routines. Just proper, hands‑on mechanical work with the time, tools and trust to do things right.
