About Firm & Position:

A highly regarded California-based plaintiff trial firm with a longstanding reputation for excellence in complex civil litigation is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. This midsize firm handles high-stakes matters across business torts, consumer class actions, breach of contract, and insurance coverage disputes. With a collaborative trial team and significant case volume, the firm offers attorneys early responsibility and courtroom exposure.

This role is ideal for a litigation attorney seeking impact-driven work in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Handle complex business and consumer litigation from pre-litigation through trial, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and client interaction

• Litigate class actions, product defect, insurance bad faith, toxic tort, and construction-related matters

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents

• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials as part of a close-knit trial team

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development
