Assistant Property Manager
Location: Danville, IL
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Yes, weekends off!)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Being the right hand to the Property Manager-basically the glue that holds it all together!
  • Helping tenants with leases, questions, maintenance requests, and those 'Hey, can you help me?' moments
  • Coordinating showings, applications, move-ins, and lease renewals
  • Tracking rent, keeping the books tidy, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Keeping things organized, efficient, and friendly-just the way you like it
  • Supporting vendor coordination and maintenance scheduling

What We're Looking For:
