Job Description
A busy hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.
Palm Coast, Florida, is the most populous city in Flagler County, with plenty of things to do while on assignment! Take a trip to the Washington Oaks Gardens State Park to enjoy the outdoors or visit downtown to enjoy meals with a view!
This position requires a credentialing process that takes about 60 days. The desired start date is as soon as possible. The work schedule is 3 days a week, 12 hours each day, from Monday to Sunday, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Full-time availability is needed. The role involves medical direction and requires call coverage, but the calls are from the hotel and not in-house. During the week, hospital shifts are in-house from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with call from the hotel overnight from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. On surgery center days, in-house hours are from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The schedule also includes weekend call from the hotel from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m., usually with work hours from 7 a.m. to around 3 p.m. even on weekends.
