Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: UPS Facility – Hebron, KY
Pay Rate:
- Morning Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM):$17.75/hour
- Midday Shift (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM):$17.75/hour
- Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM):$18.25/hour
About the Role:
UPS is seeking a detail-oriented and organizedAdministrative Assistantto support our operations team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions, including data entry, scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to supervisors and managers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Support operational and logistics teams with clerical tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior administrative or office experience is a plus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.75 – $17.25/hr.
